[NOTE: Refer to attached yasr_usageNotes.txt for instructions on how
to use and control yasr to output text via speech-dispatcher
to espeak TTS engine. The usage notes ought to be copied to the TC wiki 
or onto the forum thread somewhere to help the visually-impaired and
others set the system up for maximum accessibility. I'll be adding a
front end called "foksy" (from foksyf Eye R) later along with some 
associated yasr-friendly commandline applications].

Unzipped, and then setup environment, and compiled with:

export CFLAGS="-march=i486 -mtune=i686 -Os -pipe"
export CXXFLAGS="-march=i486 -mtune=i686 -Os -pipe -fno-exceptions -fno-rtti"
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig:/usr/lib/pkgconfig

./configure --prefix=/usr/local
make -j3
make DESTDIR=/tmp/package install

In usr/local/bin:

used strip -p --strip-all

Edited usr/local/share/yasr/yasr.conf to use speech-dispatcher 
(with speech-dispatcher section entry: punctuation=all) and espeak.

Finally, created .tcel (and tczl) as per TC wiki instructions.
