##### BUILD NOTES ####

1) Compile environment:

     export CFLAGS="-march=i486 -mtune=i686 -Os -pipe"
     export CXXFLAGS="-march=i486 -mtune=i686 -Os -pipe -fno-exceptions -fno-rtti"
     export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig:/usr/lib/pkgconfig

2) Build tools: compiletc.tcz 

3) Build instructions: per package INSTALL and TC WIKI

	./configure --prefix=/usr/local --cgibin=/usr/local/share/monkey/cgi-bin --sysconfdir=/usr/local/etc/monkey --datadir=/usr/local/share/monkey/htdocs --logdir=/var/log

	make

4) Source file modifications:

	a) ../src/include/info.h

		from: #define MONKEY_PATH_CONF "/usr/local/conf"
		to: #define MONKEY_PATH_CONF "/usr/local/etc/monkey"

	b) ../bin/banana script re-written and moved to /usr/local/etc/init.d

	c)  monkey.conf  default settings changed

5) The binaries were stripped during make.

1) Package tools: squashfs-tools-4.0 ver. 2009-11-11 (default block size 4 kb)

3) Extension tested (using base norestore) and verified to work with:
