Thanks to:
   - Vojtech Pavlik, Owen Taylor and Frederick Lepied for help with
     XInput and xf86Jstk.so

   - Dave Ulrick who drew my attention on the incompatibility of rand
function realisation in libc5 and glibc. I should have find that
before, but I probably would never notice without Dave.

   - v9@fakehalo.org for security hole report.

   - Geoff Kransdorf for his ideas about running ITETRIS on Solaris.
I used his experience in developing configuration script, and expect it
to customize for any UNIX. Any feedback of running ITETRIS on a non-Intel
Linux or a non-Linux UNIX will be highly appreciated.

   - Rubixcom (at that time merely Alfred Glickman) for the robot picture,
designed originally for the DOS version. I can't persuade myself, that
it is only a 16-colour image.

The owl picture originally comes from Eagle Stock Images

As the result of accommodations, I had to remove the original signature.
The "adjusted" picture looks so ugly as compared to the original, that I
do not expect the artists themselves to approve their signature on it.
