load docbook_xml_dtd, libxml & devs, libxslt extensions

Install DocBook XSL Stylesheets by running the following commands:

sudo install -m755 -d /usr/local/share/xml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-1.75.2
sudo cp -R VERSION common eclipse extensions fo highlighting html htmlhelp images javahelp lib manpages params profiling slides template website xhtml /usr/local/share/xml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-1.75.2

Create (or append) and populate the XML catalog file using the following commands:

if [ ! -d /usr/local/etc/xml ]; then sudo install -m755 -d /usr/local/etc/xml; fi
if [ ! -f /usr/local/etc/xml/catalog ]; then
    sudo xmlcatalog --noout --create /usr/local/etc/xml/catalog
fi
sudo xmlcatalog --noout --add "rewriteSystem" "http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/1.75.2" "/usr/local/share/xml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-1.75.2" /usr/local/etc/xml/catalog
sudo xmlcatalog --noout --add "rewriteURI" "http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/1.75.2" "/usr/local/share/xml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-1.75.2" /usr/local/etc/xml/catalog
sudo xmlcatalog --noout --add "rewriteSystem" "http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current" "/usr/local/share/xml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-1.75.2" /usr/local/etc/xml/catalog
sudo xmlcatalog --noout --add "rewriteURI" "http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current" "/usr/local/share/xml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets-1.75.2" /usr/local/etc/xml/catalog
